Innovision does not offer an online directory or listing service – we are a talent agency representing proven talent worldwide. Our crews generally have a minimum of 10 years of experience, follow standardized production values, tools and techniques – and are the most professional, creative, and energetic in the business. In order to be accepted as part of our family you must be willing to share with us what is great about you! Every time we send a crew out on location, our reputation goes with them, so all our crews are thoroughly screened before they can join. Not all crews that apply are accepted – because we represent only the crews that perfectly match our clients needs. If you are a newer crew, we encourage you keep in touch and submit your materials again down the road

Once we have reviewed your initial information we schedule a phone meeting with you to discuss your background and experience. We hire crews of every shape and size for every area of production – and we will quickly assess if we are right for each other in this initial call.
Review and Contract
You Become Part of Our Family
After any review needed, we will then send out some paperwork to get you locked into our database and collect all of your business and billing information. We will also give you all the logistic information on working with us, payments and legal stuff where applicable. From here – its time to get to work!
