Industrial Drone Services
Commercial roof inspections are a snap with the XAP program. We have the technology to do two types of inspections. One is a measurement and damage assessment inspection. Like our inspection reports for residential homes and multifamily dwellings, our commercial inspections give you an extremely accurate area measurement report and detailed A.I. analyzed damage assessment. The second report we can do for you is an infrared scan of your flat roof. This type of inspection can tell you if there is moisture beneath the membrane of your roof so action can be taken before more severe damage occurs.
Multifamily Drone Services
Multifamily roof inspections are what the SkyView Drone program was initially developed for. Large roofs on many townhouse, condominium, or apartment buildings are difficult for a roofer or inspector with a ladder to handle. In addition, physically walking the roof can create what is called “foot traffic” which is essentially damaging your shingles. Plus, human inspections can be inconsistent and take weeks to complete.
